Money Found In Crawlspace Delivered After 30 Years

Hashkifa · 3:24 · Stories

A man crawls under his old LA building to fix the doorbell and finds a pile of mail that fell through a cracked mailbox over the years. As he sorts through it, a woman who lived there long ago walks by, and one envelope holds a gift of money sent to her almost 30 years earlier, arriving just when she needs it most. Rabbi Yoel Gold shares a beautiful lesson about tzedakah.
