Sheet Pan Italian Chicken and Potatoes 1 pound baby potatoes, quartered 1/2 pound baby peppers, sliced into thick rings 1 red onion, sliced 4 tablespoons oil, divided 2 packets Haddar Italian Dressing and Seasoning Mix, divided 2 teaspoons paprika, divided 2 and 1/2 pounds chicken breast, cubed 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1/2 cup Gefen Panko Crumbs
